We are seeking an energetic and motivated Restaurant and Craft Cocktail Manager to lead our bar operations with enthusiasm and expertise. Blue Harlan is partnering with a dynamic, fast-growing hospitality group to identify Bar/Restaurant Manager for one of the most exciting dining concepts in the market. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-energy, culture-driven team operating out of a beautifully designed, upscale restaurant environment that continues to build momentum and reputation.
This concept is dinner-only (Tuesday–Saturday), allowing for a more focused, elevated guest experience and a consistent weekly rhythm.
You’ll work closely with ownership and senior leadership, playing a key role in continuing to build a best-in-class service culture within a concept that is poised for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Front of House staff including servers, bartenders, and support team members
- Drive an exceptional and consistent guest experience with a strong attention to detail
- Maintain a polished, high standars dining room environment
- Oversee nightly service execution, staffing, and floor management
- Partner with back-of-house leadership to ensure seamless operations
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
- Assist with scheduling, training, and performance management
- Uphold brand standards and contribute to ongoing operational improvements

Qualifications
- 3+ years of Front of House leadership experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant with craft cocktails
- Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
- Strong operational and floor management skills
- High level of professionalism, presence, and attention to detail

Pay: $72,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
