Position: Bouncing/Security Staff
Location: Bailey's 920 Lady Street, Columbia, SC
Hours: Varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for patrons and staff.
- Monitor and manage crowd control during peak hours.
- Enforce venue policies and regulations with professionalism and tact.
- Conduct regular security patrols to ensure the premises are secure.
- Handle any disturbances or conflicts in a calm and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with management and fellow staff to address any security concerns or issues.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in security or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of local laws and regulations pertaining to nightlife venues.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
