Executive Chef

We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and oversee all kitchen operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate culinary professional to bring creativity, leadership, and excellence to our dining establishment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative menus that align with the restaurant’s concept and target audience
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and cleanliness
Lead, train, and motivate culinary staff to deliver exceptional service and food quality
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
Collaborate with management on marketing initiatives and special events
Monitor food presentation and quality to maintain consistency and excellence
Stay current with culinary trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a high-volume kitchen
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
Creativity and passion for culinary arts
Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and cost controls
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
