We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team and oversee daily kitchen operations. Your leadership will ensure smooth kitchen workflows, exceptional dining experiences, and efficient inventory control. Responsibilities

Supervise daily kitchen activities, ensuring all food preparation and presentation meet high-quality standards.

Manage inventory levels, control food costs, and oversee food ordering to optimize resources and minimize waste.

Strong skills in inventory management, cost control, menu planning, and food handling within the food industry.
Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management, shift coordination, and fostering a hospitality-driven culture.
Hands-on experience with food service management, catering operations, and restaurant management is highly desirable.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments requiring multitasking, problem-solving, and effective communication.
