Hybrid (Franklin, TN, 2 days in-office / 3 days remote) · W2, base plus uncapped commission · $112,500 OTE at quota

The role in one sentence: You bring the sales skill, we bring a mission worth building around: quality health education for every student in America.

Who This Role Is For

This is not for everyone. The first few seasons ask you to build pipeline before the number moves, and we care as much about how you sell as whether you close. We are a faith-based, Christian, mission-driven company, and we want someone who is genuinely aligned with that. If any of that makes you want to close this tab, this role is not for you.

The Company

We are Glory to Glory Fitness, the company behind The F.O.R.M. Curriculum, a K-12 health and PE platform used by public, charter, Christian, Catholic, and homeschool communities nationwide. Our work has been featured in USA Today and on Fox. We are young and growing, and this is our first dedicated full-time sales role.

What You Will Do

Follow up on new inbound leads: 5-10+
Active pipeline follow-ups: 20-30+
Re-engage old leads and former customers: 10-20
New targeted outbound accounts: 20-30
Strategic district/charter accounts developed: 3-5
New qualified opportunities: 8-10
Demos and qualified meetings: 3-5, scaling to 4-6

These are ballpark, not rigid quotas. About 20% of marketing-qualified opportunities close, and historically 40-60% of qualified schools close once a meeting happens. Purchasing is seasonal: fall and winter lean toward prospecting, spring and summer toward closing.

How This Role Pays You

Structure: $60,000 base salary plus 15% commission on new revenue closed, uncapped
Annual new-business target: Approximately $350,000
Target commission at quota: $52,500
OTE at quota: Approximately $112,500

Your commission is uncapped, so there is no ceiling on quota-beating production. As an example, the target could come from roughly 70 smaller school deals averaging $2,100, 10 medium deals around $7,500, and a handful of larger district or charter deals. That is one illustration, not a required mix. This is a new role, so there is no ramped-rep earnings history yet, but this is the clearest picture we can give you today.

You are internally motivated and do not need someone checking whether you did the work. You handle rejection, delayed decisions, and long follow-up cycles without losing steam, and you take direct feedback and actually change. You tell the truth even when it costs you a sale, and you are genuinely aligned with our Christian faith, mission, and Core Values.

Experience with any of the following is a plus, not required: B2B or consultative sales, education or EdTech, K-12 schools or districts, SaaS or subscription sales, longer sales cycles, CRM systems like HubSpot, or selling to multiple stakeholders. We are just as interested in an exceptional salesperson with strong character and the ability to learn quickly.
