Want More Than a Marketing Job?

Work directly with company leadership on marketing, AI, healthcare, business development, and strategic projects in a growing entrepreneurial company.
This is not a traditional corporate marketing position.
You’ll work alongside a three-person executive team helping execute marketing campaigns, direct mail programs, website projects, AI initiatives, events, lead generation programs, and growth initiatives.
No two weeks look the same.
One day may involve creating graphics, another coordinating a direct mail campaign, helping with a website project, analyzing marketing results, organizing an event, researching a new AI tool, or traveling to a healthcare community.
What You’ll Do
● Coordinate marketing and strategic projects.
● Manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and vendors.
● Coordinate direct mail and print projects.
● Assist with advertising and media placement.
● Support website and SEO initiatives.
● Create graphics and social media content.
● Prepare reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets.
● Assist with seminars, webinars, and events.
● Utilize AI tools and emerging technology.
● Support executive projects and business initiatives.
