Full Job Description

Citicom is a Columbus-based printing company that invests heavily in technology to deliver capabilities most print shops simply can't. Role Summary

We're looking for a versatile marketing and design professional to drive the execution of our marketing strategy while producing the creative work that brings our brand to life.

This person is the central point of accountability for turning marketing plans into action, and pairs that with hands-on design across print, digital and social channels.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Execution: Ensure the company's marketing strategy is implemented effectively, tracking progress against goals and keeping initiatives on schedule.
Social Media: Create, schedule, and publish content across all company social media accounts, manage community engagement, and monitor performance to grow the company's presence.
Creative Design: Design compelling, brand-consistent assets for a wide range of applications, including custom print graphics, video, marketing collateral, and social media content.
Brand Management: Support and evolve our brand identity, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints, from packaging and print to our online storefront and marketing materials.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, e-commerce, and production teams to address creative needs and ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience: A minimum of 2 to 4 years as a graphic designer with experience creating and managing social media content to build brand presence, preferably with exposure to both the printing industry and e-commerce.
Creativity: A compelling portfolio demonstrating a creative mind and a keen eye for color, brand design, and typography.
Technical Skills: Video production. High proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify is a plus.
Organizational Skills: Excellent time management with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and clients, including the ability to lead meetings.
