Full Job Description

Position Summary

The QuickQuote Success Manager serves as the primary point of contact for customers following the sales process. This role is responsible for ensuring every customer is successfully onboarded, fully utilizing the QuickQuote platform, and receiving ongoing support throughout their subscription. Success Managers build lasting relationships with clients, proactively improve customer adoption, drive renewals, and identify opportunities to expand the relationship through Aletheia Digital Technologies' additional services.

Primary ResponsibilitiesCustomer Onboarding

Serve as the primary point of contact after a customer purchases QuickQuote.
Conduct onboarding meetings with new customers.
Ensure customers have access to the QuickQuote portal and all required user accounts.
Provide a comprehensive tour of the platform, its features, and best practices.
Assist customers with embedding QuickQuote on their website.
Educate customers on QR codes and other tools that increase customer adoption.
Answer customer questions and assist with account configuration and client-specific requests to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Customer Success & Relationship Management

Develop long-term relationships with customers through consistent, proactive communication.
Conduct periodic check-ins to evaluate customer satisfaction and platform usage.
Monitor customer engagement and identify accounts that may be underutilizing the platform.
Work with customers to identify challenges and recommend strategies to improve results and maximize the value of QuickQuote.
Serve as a trusted advisor by sharing best practices, success stories, and new platform features.
Provide exceptional customer service while acting as a reliable resource for clients throughout their subscription.

Customer Retention

Own customer renewal efforts by ensuring customers consistently receive value from QuickQuote.
Identify at-risk accounts early and implement action plans to improve customer success before renewal periods.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account health, and follow-up activities.
Coordinate internally to resolve issues impacting customer satisfaction and retention.
Build trust and maintain positive relationships that encourage long-term customer loyalty.

Platform Administration

Perform routine administrative tasks within the QuickQuote platform that do not require software development.
Make customer configuration changes, update account settings, and perform basic platform maintenance as needed.
Investigate reported issues to determine whether they can be resolved administratively or require escalation to the development team.
Document recurring issues, bugs, and customer feedback to improve the platform and customer experience.
Maintain a strong working knowledge of QuickQuote's administrative tools and capabilities.

Account Growth

Identify opportunities where Aletheia Digital's website development, SEO, digital marketing, or related services could benefit the customer.
Introduce qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representative.
Educate customers on additional products and services that improve their overall business success.
Encourage customer adoption of new QuickQuote features and services that provide additional value.
Support upsell opportunities that strengthen customer relationships and contribute to company growth.

Internal Collaboration

Coordinate closely with the Sales team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to customer success.
Communicate customer feedback, feature requests, and recurring issues to the development and leadership teams.
Work with Operations and Support to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Assist in improving onboarding materials, documentation, and customer success processes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QuickQuote's customer experience and operational excellence.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple customer relationships simultaneously.
Comfortable learning, demonstrating, and administering software platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in SaaS Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Service.
Experience conducting customer onboarding or software training.
CRM experience.
Familiarity with the roofing, construction, or home services industry is a plus.

Customer onboarding completion rate

Overall customer health and long-term account success

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
