Backed by leading venture capital firms, Amplify is modernizing the life insurance industry and building the future of financial protection and wealth accumulation.
About the Role
You will serve as a trusted advisor to individuals and families seeking life insurance and wealth-building solutions. You will engage with qualified leads provided by Amplify, conduct consultative sales conversations, and guide clients through the entire sales process from initial discovery through policy delivery and activation.
Unlike many insurance sales positions, this is a full-time W-2 employee role. You will receive a guaranteed base salary, employee benefits, company-provided technology, training, and qualified inbound leads from Amplify. You will not be responsible for prospecting, purchasing leads, or operating your own business. Instead, you'll focus on educating clients, building relationships, and helping customers make informed financial decisions as a member of our sales team.
You will serve as the primary point of contact throughout the client journey. From needs analysis and policy design to policy delivery, you will own the client relationship and drive successful outcomes.
This role is ideal for highly motivated sales professionals who thrive in a performance-driven environment, enjoy helping clients achieve their financial goals, and are excited about combining technology, finance, and relationship-based selling.
