Who are we looking for?
The Transaction Coordinator is an individual who thrives on facing challenges
while maintaining a win-win, POSITIVE ATTITUDE. In addition, he/she demonstrates on
a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving sales
professional who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and
seeking win-win agreements. The Transaction Coordinator will be the person solely
responsible for getting every deal we do from start to finish through all of the
hurdles to a successful closing! There’s a ton to do and so many moving pieces...
this is a role Only for those who are extremely organized, detailed, a bit obsessive
and perfectionistic, rarely ever miss work, have the stability and consistency to
execute 40 different things daily, and thrive in making things happen to serve our
team and the clients to the very best of your ability.
The TC also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by
regularly attending courses, teaching when appropriate, and regularly practicing
scripts and dialogues with sellers and buyers. He/She is committed to investing
in team members and regularly provides them with learning and growth
opportunities as well.
What will you do?
These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:
- Core Title Functions: Perform all core title company functions such as title
searches, title insurance, and escrow services.
- Lien Searches: Conduct thorough lien searches to ensure that properties
are free of liens.
- Prepare HUD: Prepare HUD-1 Settlement Statements and other closing
documents as required.
- Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate real estate closings with all parties
involved.
- HUD Review: Review HUD-1 Settlement Statements and other closing
documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Lending Coordination: Coordinate with lenders to ensure that all lending
requirements are met up to an including filing loan paperwork.
Knowledge/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in the title industry.
- Strong knowledge of title company functions, lien searches, and real estate
closing processes.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing closing documents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
