ERP Systems Specialist
Syscend / Guardian Bikes
Location: Indianapolis or Seymour, IN
Reports To: VP of Data & Technology
Requirement: Monthly presence at Seymour, IN preferred
About Syscend
Syscend (the platform behind Guardian Bikes) is building a vertically integrated, AI-driven manufacturing and commerce company. We design, manufacture, fulfill, and sell directly from our U.S. factory floor to the customer’s door.
Acumatica serves as our canonical ledger for inventory and accounting. Internally built MRP, MES, and WMS systems drive operational execution. Our data platform models analytical truth. Over time, AI systems will reason across these layers and execute workflows that humans previously owned.
This role sits at the center of that architecture working within our ERP.
Role Summary
We are hiring an ERP Systems Specialist to operate within Acumatica on a day-to-day basis and help make sure our data is up-to-date and is an accurate reflection of the physical realities on the floor.
You will help make sure our ERP remains the single source of truth for financial and inventory transactions. This role will assist with building workflows, creating reports or General Inquiries (G.I.s), implementing changes or updates to the system, and working with stakeholders across the business including Operations, Finance, IT, Data, and more.
Specifically, this role’s focus is to implement the architecture and roadmap set by our ERP consulting partners. Day to day, you'll translate direction and requests from our ERP consultants, Operations, Finance, Data, and Software leadership into configured, tested, and documented changes in Acumatica.
