You’ll be working alongside Jesse, Chase, and Trey, who bring expertise, teamwork, and a shared passion for cycling to The Bicycle Station. Together, you'll help ensure that every bike leaving the shop is in peak condition and that customers receive outstanding service.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Bike Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of bicycles. You will also have the opportunity to assemble custom bikes tailored to our customers' specifications. Additionally, there is an optional aspect of the role that involves participating in our company's content creation efforts, including featuring in our YouTube videos.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads
- Build out our SEO and content strategy to grow organic traffic
- Run email and SMS marketing — campaigns, automations, list growth
- Improve our site's conversion rate through better merchandising and funnel testing
- Own our e-commerce reporting — traffic, conversion, revenue, ROAS
- Work closely with our content team on YouTube and social to drive traffic to the store
Requirements
- You've run paid social and/or paid search campaigns before and know your way around Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- You've worked with Shopify or a similar platform
- You understand SEO basics and can build an organic content plan
- You're comfortable in analytics tools (GA4, Shopify) and like making decisions from data
- You're early-to-mid career (roughly 1–3 years of relevant experience) and looking for a role where you can grow fast and own real outcomes
- Bonus: you're into cycling, or you're excited to learn the world
- Must be able to work on-site at our Columbus, Indiana location during the specified hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
