We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Lead Bartender to join our country club team. This position combines exceptional guest service and bartending with day-to-day leadership of the bar and club events.
The ideal candidate is personable, professional, and enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests. Responsibilities include preparing and serving beverages, maintaining an organized and well-stocked bar, overseeing daily bar operations, assisting with events and member functions, and ensuring a high standard of service.
The Lead Bartender will also help lead and support the team, coordinate schedules and responsibilities, monitor inventory, and ensure club policies and service standards are consistently followed.

Responsilbilities:
- Greet and engage with guests by providing a warm and welcoming experience
- Professional and friendly interaction with guests
- Provide exceptional VIP level service through strong food and beverage knowledge
- Anticipate guest needs and accommodate special requests
- Ensure service station is neat, organized and stocked as needed
- Support fellow team members by evaluating the floor to assist when needed
- Maintain a positive attitude and team focused mentality at all times
- Be proficient with POS system to ensure orders are accurate, delivered timely and well presented
- Assist leadership team as needed by providing feedback on safety, inventory and guest needs
