Job Overview

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Associate working on 2nd and 3rd shifts! In this energetic role, you will be an essential part of the production process, ensuring high-quality output while adhering to safety and manufacturing standards. Your hands-on involvement will include operating industrial equipment, interpreting production documents, and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the creation of vital products that meet rigorous industry regulations. Responsibilities

Operate packaging equipment and industrial machinery following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
Interpret production documents accurately to ensure correct assembly, packaging, and materials handling processes.
Perform mechanical troubleshooting on equipment to resolve issues promptly and minimize downtime.
Handle materials safely using appropriate material handling equipment such as forklifts, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure products meet FDA regulations, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and other industry standards.
Maintain detailed records of production activities, including logs for batch processing, equipment maintenance, and safety inspections.
Assist with warehouse operations by organizing materials, performing heavy lifting when necessary, and supporting inventory management.

Requirements

Prior experience in manufacturing facilities or related environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and documentation accuracy.
Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment effectively.
Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA regulations, and safety standards in production environments.
Ability to operate packaging machinery, hand tools, and material handling equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred).
Strong adherence to safety protocols during all aspects of production and warehouse operations.
Excellent communication skills for interpreting manufacturing documents and collaborating with team members.
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during shifts.
