Full Job Description

Nesco is looking for a General Laborer to work with a new company on the south side of Columbus. This is a direct hire position, you will receive all company benefits.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Shift : Monday -Friday 2PM- 10:30PM. Must be fine with overtime
Key Responsibilities:

Perform physical labor tasks such as loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
Clean and prepare work areas, including removing debris and setting up equipment
Operate hand tools and basic equipment safely
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete daily work assignments
Adhere to safety guidelines and report hazards or incidents immediately
Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
Perform general housekeeping duties to keep the workspace clean and organized
Operate set down forklift

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in general labor or construction
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand, bend, or kneel for extended periods
Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Work Environment:

May involve exposure to loud noises, dust, and outdoor elements
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required
