Full Job Description

Are you driven to find solutions, build customer relationships, and turn challenges into success stories? Join our dynamic Outbound Leads Team as an Outbound Customer Service Representative/Customer Connector Agent.

We're growing our team and have a training class starting September 8th. We're looking to add 15 new agents, and we'd love for you to be one of them!

Stop by our Interview Event this Tuesday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM to meet the team, learn more about the opportunity, and take the next step in your career. We can't wait to meet you!

In this role, you will engage prospective customers through high-volume outbound calls, explaining available financial solutions, and directing them to the right resources for further assistance, and ensure a positive experience. Success requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to achieve performance goals in a high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound calls to customers from assigned lead queues.
Communicate opportunities for additional funds or lines of credit.
Transfer customers to the appropriate department for service-related inquiries when necessary.
Work independently and collaboratively to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.

Performance Expectations

Meet or exceed monthly production goals based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including call volume, conversion rates, and funded loan applications.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and sales experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to apply critical thinking and sound decision-making.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and accurate data entry.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Previous call center, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
Must adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Ability to pass any required background checks in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
Pay Rate: $16.50/hour + Monthly Incentive Pool
Schedule: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM |Monday-Fri (rotating Saturday)
Office: Dublin, Ohio
