As an Accounting Staff within our Client Accounting & Advisory Services group, you’ll be responsible for owning the bill pay process for our clients. You will work independently and as part of a team to complete accounting engagements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Pays invoices by verifying client transaction information through firm bill pay system
Maintains client financial and data security by following internal accounting controls
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Generates invoices and follows up with clients for approval
Researches and resolves invoice issues; communicates findings
Performs other duties as assigned by the Accounting Partner

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage sensitive and tight deadlines with high degree of accuracy
Follow directions from manager and work independently with minimal supervision
Strong customer service skills
Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
