Job Summary
TechFlex Mobility Solutions is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and forward-thinking Operations & Compliance Coordinator to support the daily administrative, financial, compliance, and operational functions of our growing medical equipment service company. This position will serve as a key member of our leadership support team and will work directly with ownership to help build scalable systems that support continued growth across multiple states.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing technician onboarding, maintaining employee and compliance records, coordinating payroll administration, organizing financial documentation, assisting with bookkeeping and tax preparation, tracking accreditation requirements, and ensuring all company records remain accurate, organized, and audit-ready. This role is critical to maintaining operational excellence while supporting our long-term growth objectives.

In addition to administrative and compliance responsibilities, we are seeking someone who is a fast learner, highly adaptable, energetic, and capable of identifying opportunities to improve existing processes. The successful candidate will be encouraged to introduce new ideas, technologies, automation tools, and workflows that increase efficiency, improve communication, reduce administrative burden, and streamline day-to-day operations. We value team members who take ownership of their responsibilities, think independently, and actively look for ways to improve the business rather than simply maintain the status quo.

This position includes a dedicated private office and the opportunity to work closely with company leadership on strategic initiatives, accreditation efforts, operational development, technician management, and future expansion plans. As TechFlex continues to grow, there is significant potential for advancement into an Operations Manager role for the right individual.

Candidates should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and helping create structure within a rapidly expanding organization. Experience with payroll administration, bookkeeping, compliance management, employee onboarding, process improvement, and office management is highly desirable. Experience utilizing artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or other AI-powered business applications to improve productivity and operational efficiency is a strong plus. Marketing, branding, social media management, recruiting, and business development experience are also considered valuable assets for this role.
