Marketing Associate — AI-Driven Growth

Engineered Agents .AI · Columbus, Ohio · Part-time, 15–25 hrs/week · On-site (not remote)

About Engineered Agents .AI

Engineered Agents .AI is an AI automation and integration company. We build agent-driven systems that replace manual work inside real businesses. We are small, we ship fast, and everyone here builds.

The Role

You will run marketing for ecommerce, DTC, and SaaS clients — and you will do it with AI as your primary leverage. Every campaign, asset, and analysis you produce will be built with the same automation tooling we sell.

You do not need AI experience. You need marketing instincts and the drive to learn the tooling quickly. We will teach you the stack. You bring the work ethic and the ideas.

What You'll Do

Build and run marketing campaigns across ecommerce, DTC, and SaaS accounts
Write and produce content — email sequences, landing pages, ad copy, social, product messaging
Use AI agents and automation tools to scale output: content generation, audience research, competitive analysis, reporting
Own campaign performance data: track it, read it, and adjust based on what it says
Design and document repeatable marketing workflows that become client-facing automations
Test new AI tools as they emerge and report on what is worth keeping

Who This Is For

This role requires a self-starter. There is no marketing department to hand you a queue. You will be given objectives and context, and you are expected to determine the path and execute it. If you need daily direction to stay productive, this is not the right fit.

You will do well here if you:

Move without being asked twice
Are genuinely curious about AI and already experimenting with it on your own
Are comfortable being wrong in public, learning fast, and iterating
Want to build a skill set that is scarce right now: marketer who can actually operate AI systems

Requirements

1–3 years of marketing experience (agency, in-house, freelance, or a business you ran yourself)
Demonstrated writing ability — you will be asked for samples
Working familiarity with at least one of: ecommerce, DTC brands, or SaaS go-to-market
Basic comfort with marketing tooling: email platforms, analytics, CMS, ad managers
Reliable on-site availability in the Columbus, OH area
Self-directed. Non-negotiable.

Helpful, Not Required

Hands-on use of ChatGPT, Claude, or similar in real work
Shopify, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Meta Ads, or Google Ads experience
Any no-code automation exposure (Zapier, Make, n8n)
Light technical literacy — APIs, spreadsheets, basic scripting

Details Schedule 15–25 hours per week, flexible weekday scheduling

Location On-site, Columbus, Ohio — this role is not remote

Compensation[$18–$25 per hour], based on experience
