Customer Experience & Sales Representative

Gritology Inc.
Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Location: In Person

About the Role

Gritology Inc. is hiring Customer Experience & Sales Representatives to join our Columbus team. This position is focused on customer service, relationship building, and helping customers understand available products and services.

Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, banking, wireless, sales, or other customer-facing roles is welcome, but it is not required. Training is provided.

What You'll Do

Welcome and assist customers in a professional manner
Ask questions to understand customer needs
Explain available wireless and home service options
Help customers review options and complete account setup
Provide customer support throughout the sales and service process
Maintain accurate customer information and documentation
Work with team members to meet daily service and performance goals
Participate in scheduled training, coaching, and team meetings

What We're Looking For

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and customer-focused approach
Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Willingness to learn and follow established procedures
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, banking, customer service, wireless, or sales is helpful but not required

Pay & Training

$16.00–$20.00 per hour
Full-time employment
Paid training
W-2 employment
Performance-based earnings may be available in addition to base pay
Ongoing coaching and professional development

Work Environment
