Full Job Description

Be part of the busiest blow dry salon in Dublin, Ohio. We’re looking for licensed professionals who are passionate about beauty, guest experience, and teamwork. A current Ohio Cosmetology License is required for all stylist positions. We don’t cut or color—we specialize in blowouts and styling—so you’ll get to focus on beautiful finishes, fast pace, and happy guests. We provide paid training, paid time off, and a fun, supportive team vibe.

Whether you’re brand new to the industry or have been doing hair for years — you belong here.

New/recent grads: Start building real confidence fast. You’ll get your hands in hair right away, master a professional blowout foundation that sets you up for anything, and be on the floor with your own chair within your first month. Whether you dream of owning a salon one day, moving to a full-service environment, or you’re still figuring it out, The Blowout Bar is the perfect stepping stone—you’ll learn salon flow, blowouts, and hair types that prepare you for whatever’s next.
Experienced stylists: Focus on what you love (finishing!) without cuts/color, high-volume days = great tips, leadership paths (Educator, Events Lead, Key Holder), chances to teach, lead pop-ups, and grow across our 3 Columbus locations.

What you bring:

Ohio Cosmetology or Managing Cosmetology license
A love for styling and learning new techniques (we’ll coach you up!)
Reliable, upbeat, team-first energy; comfortable in a fast, high-volume environment
