Production + Office Manager (Growth Role)

Katie's Snack Foods Hilliard, OH On-Site Full-Time

Pay: $13.00–$18/hr Grows With You No Experience Required — Only Drive

The Opportunity

We are a 14-year-old, award-winning beef jerky company in the middle of a full rebuild. We need one exceptional person to be the backbone of our operation — handling production on the floor and keeping the office running. This is not two jobs. It's one job with two dimensions, and the right person will be great at both.

We do not expect you to know how to make beef jerky or run a business office. We will teach you every single thing you need to know. What we cannot teach is the willingness to show up, pay attention, and care about getting it right. That has to be yours.

What You'll Do

Stand on the production floor: marinate, season, and cook beef in precise batches, monitoring time and temperature throughout the process
Hand-cut, portion, and package finished jerky to exact specifications, ensuring consistency and quality in every single piece
Deep clean and sanitize all production equipment and workspace daily—food safety is non-negotiable
Manage warehouse operations: receive and organize ingredients, track inventory, prepare shipments
Handle office tasks: emails, scheduling, invoicing, and order management
Use AI tools for documentation, communications, and operations (we'll train you)
Follow 100% gluten-free protocols without exception — every day, every batch
Grow into a leadership role as we scale
