Job description:

Our firm is seeking a full-time personal injury Paralegal/Case Manager to join our growing practice. We are looking for an outgoing and energetic candidate, with excellent communication skills who is capable of working in a fast-paced environment at our office.

Requirements:

· At least 2 years of experience working in the legal field

· Plaintiffs’ personal injury experience highly preferred or experience as an insurance adjuster

· Significant experience speaking directly with clients is a must

· Experience obtaining medical records and bills, managing subrogation and preparing demand packages is preferred

· Must be organized, diligent and able to work independently in an office setting

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for client communication from intake to resolution

· Responsible for communication with insurance companies, subrogated entities, and medical providers

· Responsible for putting together a comprehensive demand package for attorney review
