What You’ll Do

Provide quality care for critically ill adult and geriatric patients in the ICU
Monitor patients’ vital signs, utilizing advanced cardiac and pulmonary monitoring equipment
Administer medications via IV starts and manage ventilators and other life support devices
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Perform complex procedures including chest tubes, central line placements, and bronchoscopy/endoscopy support
Document patient care efficiently using Epic or computerized charting systems
Respond promptly to patient emergencies, including ARDS, sepsis, and other critical conditions

What You Need
Required:

Valid Ohio RN license
At least 2 years of ICU experience
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Certification (or equivalent)
Skills in vents, IV starts, and computerized charting (Epic required)

Preferred:

Experience with complex ICU treatments such as CRRT, pulmonary artery catheter placement, and clinical trials
