Job description Job Title: Website Content Reviewer Location: 30 E. Broad St. Columbus, OH 43215 (Onsite)
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 11+ months with high possibility of extension
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (No weekends or holidays)
Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Security Requirement: Background Check & Drug Screening Required Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Content Reviewer to support website content publishing and quality assurance activities. This role serves as the technical expert responsible for ensuring digital content is accurately formatted, accessible, compliant, and optimized before publication.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IBM Web Content Manager (WCM) or similar enterprise content management platforms and possess strong knowledge of SEO best practices, WCAG accessibility standards, and website quality assurance processes. This position focuses on execution and compliance rather than content strategy. Key ResponsibilitiesContent Management & Publishing

Publish approved website content using IBM Web Content Manager (WCM) or similar CMS platforms.
Format content using established templates while maintaining proper page structure, layout, metadata, and tagging.
Validate website content for SEO optimization and metadata accuracy.
Ensure all published content complies with accessibility (WCAG) standards before going live.
Maintain consistency across website pages by following design standards and publishing guidelines.

Quality Assurance

Perform final quality review before content publication.
Proofread and edit website content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and consistency.
Identify formatting issues, broken links, navigation problems, and content display errors.
Collaborate with content authors to ensure submissions are complete, approved, and publication-ready.
Escalate technical or compliance issues when necessary.

Compliance & Governance

Ensure adherence to accessibility, branding, editorial, and organizational compliance standards.
Verify content aligns with approved briefs, governance policies, and publishing workflows.
Assist with website content audits and identify outdated or non-compliant content.
Support ongoing website maintenance initiatives by recommending corrections and improvements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
3–5+ years of recent experience in website content management.
Experience working with IBM Web Content Manager (WCM) or comparable enterprise CMS platforms.
Strong understanding of:
Website structure and navigation
Publishing workflows
Metadata management
Content tagging
Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
Working knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
Excellent proofreading, editing, and quality assurance skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to communicate technical requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and maintain positive working relationships.
