Full Job Description

Leapros Skilled Trades is actively hiring BIM Lead in Pataskala, OH for a direct hire opportunity with our client. As a trusted partner in the construction industry, we connect top talent with top companies across the United States.

Job Type: Direct Placement
Pay: $100,000 to $110,000 Per Year BOE

Responsibilities:

Lead BIM planning, implementation, and coordination for electrical projects
Manage a team of 5–10 BIM Modelers
Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project standards
Lead model coordination efforts including advanced clash detection (Navisworks)
Oversee BIM deliverables (models, drawings, quantity take-offs) to meet LOD requirements
Focus heavily on Data Center / Hyperscale low-voltage systems (fiber, telecom, MV, power distribution, fire alarm, lighting & branch power)

Qualifications:

3+ years in a BIM/VDC role within the Electrical industry
2+ years in a leadership capacity managing modelers/coordinators
Expert-level proficiency in Revit and Navisworks Manager

Physical Requirements:

Regularly required to talk or hear, stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard for prolonged periods
Regularly spend multiple hours using and looking at a computer screen.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
Light to moderate lifting may be required occasionally
May need to occasionally travel to job sites.

Pay Transparency
The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000 to $110,000 Per Year, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.
