Job Description
This position coordinates and manages the administrative activities of Ambulatory Services under the direction of the Executive Director, Ambulatory Services.

Position Summary
This position will have the primary responsibility of coordinating and managing the day-to-day activities including business function of the office of the Executive Director, Ambulatory Services. In addition, this position will provide administrative support for the Chief Nursing Officer and Director, Ambulatory Services. This position will also be responsible for direct supervision of the Student interns and administrative clerical support staff in Ambulatory Services through ensuring policy adherence and excellent customer service delivery to the administrative team. This position will involve interactions at all levels of the organization and the public. It will be responsible to develop and coordinate material and follow-up on request. This position will draft and compose letters and/or reports, take dictation, minutes, arrange meetings, reservations, travel, order supplies, food, etc. This position will also be responsible for handling the Executive Director and other assigned administrators calendars, and reviewing financial data.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
