Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This position requires someone who is proactive, reliable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- - - - Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
        Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files
        Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
        Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
        Data entry and updating records in internal databases
        Assisting with the preparation of reports and correspondence
Qualifications
- - - - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
        Proven experience as an office clerk, administrative assistant, or similar role
        Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
        Excellent organizational and time-management skills
        Strong written and verbal communication abilities
