We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Wholesale Floral Supply Manager to lead our hardgoods department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, inventory management, purchasing, customer service, and working in a fast-paced team environment.

Schedule
Regular Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Additional hours, evenings, and weekends may be required during peak floral holidays

What You'll Do
As our Wholesale Floral Supply Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the hardgoods department while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide exceptional customer service to wholesale floral customers in person and over the phone.
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers while growing hardgoods sales.
- Make outbound sales calls to promote new products, seasonal promotions, and everyday inventory.
- Visit customers as needed to build relationships and increase sales opportunities.
- Pick, pack, invoice, and prepare customer orders accurately for delivery or customer pickup.
- Purchase and replenish inventory to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Monitor inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts and assisting with physical inventory.
- Receive, unload, inspect, and stock incoming shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised supply department.
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, drivers, and branch team members to ensure outstanding customer service.
- Assist other departments as business needs require.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Wholesale Floral Supply Manager Qualifications

Wholesale Floral Supply Manager Preferred Experience
- Minimum 2 years of customer service, inside sales, retail sales, or wholesale sales experience.
- Experience with inventory control, purchasing, merchandising, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Floral industry experience (retail florist, wholesale florist, floral designer, garden center, greenhouse, or event industry) is a plus but not required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
- Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
- Work in a warehouse and showroom environment.
- Ability to safely unload and stock merchandise.
