Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, bilingual (English/Spanish) Insurance Sales Advisor to join our growing team.

A current Ohio Property & Casualty License is preferred, but not required. We welcome experienced licensed professionals while also considering motivated individuals who are committed to building a long-term career in the insurance industry. Licensing assistance is available for qualified candidates who demonstrate the desire and aptitude to succeed.

The ideal candidate enjoys meeting new people, building lasting relationships, solving problems, and helping clients protect what matters most. You'll work with a variety of highly rated insurance carriers, allowing you to provide clients with competitive coverage options while building a rewarding and successful career.

Responsibilities

Generate new business through referrals, networking, community involvement, and outbound prospecting.
Meet with prospective clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Build long-term relationships by providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
Work closely with our agency team to achieve individual and agency sales goals.
Participate in ongoing training to strengthen your insurance knowledge and sales skills.
Stay current on insurance products, carrier offerings, and industry trends.

Qualifications

Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
Current Ohio Property & Casualty License preferred.
If not currently licensed, must be willing and able to obtain an Ohio Property & Casualty License within the required timeframe.
Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
Comfortable speaking with prospective clients and confidently recommending solutions that meet their needs.
Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with social media and digital marketing is a plus.
