Overview
Join our dynamic mental health team as a Clinical Supervisor specializing in licensed clinical social work (LCSW), marriage and family therapy (LMFT), or professional clinical counseling (LPCC). In this vital leadership role, you will oversee clinical operations, mentor and support a dedicated team of mental health professionals, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. Your expertise will help foster a compassionate environment where individuals and families facing diverse challenges—ranging from developmental disabilities to trauma—can thrive. Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor licensed clinicians providing individual, group, and family therapy across various modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA).
Oversee clinical assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning for diverse populations, including children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), individuals with disabilities, and those experiencing PTSD or crisis situations.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, accurate medical documentation, and proper medical records management.
Conduct regular case reviews, provide feedback on clinical documentation, and support clinicians in maintaining high standards of patient care.
Facilitate ongoing training on topics such as crisis intervention, motivational interviewing, behavior management, and ICD coding (ICD-10/ICD-9) to enhance clinical skills.
Lead crisis management efforts by coordinating emergency responses and providing direct support during critical incidents involving mental health or behavioral crises.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate home & community care initiatives, special education programs, and hospital-based services for patients with complex needs.

Skills

Proven experience in mental health counseling with strong knowledge of behavioral health practices including social work, psychotherapy, and case management.
Expertise in working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and those requiring special education services.
Skilled in crisis intervention techniques and crisis management strategies to ensure patient safety.
Proficiency in intake procedures, patient assessment, diagnostic evaluation, and addiction counseling.
Familiarity with medical terminology, ICD coding (ICD-10/ICD-9), CPT coding for billing purposes, and medical documentation standards such as HIPAA compliance.
Strong understanding of behavioral therapy methods including applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavior management strategies.
Excellent communication skills for conducting individual/group counseling sessions and providing clinical supervision effectively.
Ability to lead research initiatives or clinical studies related to behavioral health outcomes; experience with data collection and medical records review is a plus.
