Full Stack Developer 2 – Downtown Columbus, Ohio (hybrid)

The Ohio Public Employees Retirement System is one of the top pension systems in the United States. As a Full Stack Developer 2 at OPERS, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with a talented team, and make a significant contribution to our success.

In this role, you will be a member of a team responsible for designing, building, maintaining, enhancing, and testing web applications that drive our internal processes and help service our members, utilizing a variety of technology. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that meet our members' needs and drive our technology stack forward. What you’ll bring:

A passion for delivering high quality work
A strong understanding of Automated Unit Testing, HTML5, OO Programming Design, REST APT Design & Development, and Relational databases
At least 2 years of designing and developing web applications
At least 2 years of working with Java
A Bachelor’s degree in related field OR a Bachelor’s degree in any field along with Java-specific training (Candidates without a Bachelor’s degree may be considered if they have an additional 4 years of relevant experience)
