Lead Remodeling Carpenter
Full-Time | W-2 Employee | $30–$38/hr (Based on Experience)

At My Square Home, we're a family-driven remodeling company committed to quality craftsmanship, integrity, and creating spaces that truly feel like home. We specialize in high-end residential remodeling, and we're looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter who takes pride in their work and enjoys leading others.
If you're someone who can confidently manage a remodeling project from start to finish, communicate well with homeowners, and help develop the next generation of craftsmen, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Lead residential remodeling projects including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, laundry rooms, mudrooms, and whole-home renovations.
- Read plans and execute projects with a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Coordinate daily job site activities and keep projects moving efficiently.
- Mentor and train apprentice and junior carpenters.
- Perform skilled carpentry including framing, drywall, trim, cabinetry installation, flooring, tile, doors, windows, and finish work.
- Complete minor plumbing and electrical work as needed.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the project.
- Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and safe.
- Maintain our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of residential remodeling experience.
- Previous experience leading projects or supervising a crew.
- Strong knowledge of all phases of residential remodeling.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and make sound decisions on the job.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to teach and mentor others.
- Dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
Schedule
- Four 10-hour workdays each week.
- Fridays off unless needed to stay on schedule or complete a project.
- No weekend work unless discussed in advance.
