Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC handles end-to-end warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities. Our facilities are capable of receiving, storing, processing and dispatching cargo, so we can build flexibility and resilience into the supply chain process. Our integrated solutions allow us to be prepared for supply chain risks, so we can plan distribution to better achieve lead time and goals despite unexpected conditions. Shift Schedule: 8:00 AM-5:30 PM Monday-Friday

Summary:
Payroll Clerk/Coordinator activities of workers engaged in recording hours of work, processing time records, compiling payroll statistics, maintaining payroll control records, and calculating payrolls by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities:

Reviews personnel records to determine names, rates of pay, and occupations of newly hired workers, and changes in wage rates and occupations of employees on payroll.
Processes new or changed pay rates with payroll and/or computer files.
Computation of pay according to company policy.
Interprets company policies and government regulations affecting payroll procedures.
Reviews payroll information to ensure accuracy.
Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules.
Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of procedures.
Adjusts errors and complaints.
Position is full-time and on-site.
Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma; three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay Range:

$22.00 per hour

*The above sated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
