Entry Level Charity Event Representative
Odyssey Exposure | Columbus, OH | Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Hiring Now

We're Not a Desk Job. We're a Movement.

Odyssey Exposure is a Columbus-based marketing agency that connects real people to real causes. We're out in the community every day — at events, pop-ups, and activations — and we need someone who's ready to show up, speak up, and make a difference.

What You'll Be Doing

This isn't a "sit at a desk and send emails" situation. You'll be out in Columbus doing things that actually matter:

Repping our charity partners at live events and community pop-ups across Columbus
Having real conversations that move people to act — not a script, just genuine connection
Running events end-to-end — setup, execution, and wrap-up — keeping everything on point
Supporting outreach on social and email to keep the momentum going between events
Collabing with our creative team to make sure every campaign hits
Tracking what's landing (turnout, engagement, vibes from the crowd) and sharing insights to level up future events
Growing into leadership as you prove yourself — we promote from within, always
