ICU Registered Nurse - Critical Care Float Pool | Columbus, OH

Experience: Minimum 2 years ICU experience

What You’ll Do:

Provide expert critical care nursing in a variety of ICU settings, including neuro, surgical, medical, cardiology, CVICU, SICU, MICU, and NCCU
Float between units based on staffing needs and patient acuity while adhering to unit policies
Monitor and support patients on ventilators, telemetry, and IV therapies
Administer medications, perform assessments, and update care plans
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient-centered care

What You Need:

Valid RN license in Ohio
Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (required)
Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records
Skills in IV starts, telemetry, and ventilator management
Ability to float across various ICU units of comparable or lower acuity

Preferred:

Experience in neuro, surgical, or cardiac ICU settings
