WE ARE URGENTLY HIRING FOR PARAMEDICS. THE OPTIMAL CANDIDATE CAN WORK FULL TIME HOURS, HAS A GOOD HISTORY OF ATTENDANCE, CAN WORK FLEXIBLE DAYS, AND ADAPT TO OPERATIONAL NEEDS AS NECESSARY.

Express Medical Services is a small business headquartered in Owensville, OH, currently expanding into Columbus. We are professional, fast-paced and customer-centric. We strive to achieve on-time arrivals and satisfy our customers needs in a timely and professional manner.

All units are well stocked. We have power cots and monitors

Duties:
- Provide emergency medical care to patients in need
- Assess patient conditions and determine appropriate treatment
- Administer basic life support measures, including CPR and defibrillation
- Monitor vital signs and document patient information
- Assist with airway management and ensure proper oxygenation
- Utilize aseptic techniques to prevent infection
- Safely lift and transport patients using proper lifting techniques
- Operate and maintain medical equipment, including DME (Durable Medical Equipment)
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and nurses, to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Drive an ambulance or emergency vehicle to transport patients to the ER or other medical facilities

Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid State of Ohio Paramedic certification
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Proficient in airway management techniques
- Ability to lift heavy objects and physically assist patients as needed
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide compassionate patient care
- Familiarity with basic life support protocols and procedures
- Experience working in an emergency room or similar setting is preferred
