Full Job Description

Do you love pets and enjoy providing exceptional customer service? Willow Wood Pet Resort & Training Center is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Customer Service Receptionist to join our team!

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for both pets and their people.

Position Details

Part-Time
Up to 25 hours per week
Must be available to work weekends and holidays
Flexible schedule with morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
Pay Range: $15.00–$16.00 per hour, plus commission and tips

Responsibilities

Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones and respond to client inquiries
Schedule boarding, daycare, grooming, and training appointments
Check pets in and out of the resort
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Assist with retail sales and recommend services when appropriate
Communicate effectively with pet care and management teams
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience preferred
Experience in the pet industry is a plus, but not required
Strong communication and computer skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Dependable with excellent attendance
Comfortable interacting with dogs and cats of all sizes and breeds
Must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
