Job Description

Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring budgets, schedules, and quality targets are achieved
Lead communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
Oversee procurement, contracts, change orders, risk management, and project reporting
Partner with field leadership to drive site operations, safety, and project execution
Support healthcare and higher education projects for some of Ohio's most recognized institutions

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

8+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
Proven success delivering healthcare, hospital, higher education, or institutional projects
Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and project controls
Experience using Bluebeam, Sage 300/Timberline, or similar construction software
Collaborative, down-to-earth leadership style with excellent client-facing skills
