We're hiring an experienced full-time Recruiter for our Dublin, OH office — come build something great with us.

Who we're looking for

At least 4 years of recruiting experience, with a track record of consistently hitting or exceeding placement goals.
A bachelor's degree.
A proven ability to manage a full-cycle desk independently, from sourcing through close.
A natural gift for building rapport and getting people talking honestly.
Big ambition and a genuine drive to keep growing your career, not just clock into a job.
