We’re looking for a customer-focused, driven sales professional who thrives in a consultative selling environment and finds purpose in making a real difference.

What You’ll Do:

In-Home Sales Consultations: Meet with homeowners, family members, and caregivers to assess needs, recommend solutions, and close sales for stairlifts, ramps, wheelchair lifts (VPLs), residential elevators, and more.
Solution Selling: Educate clients on available options and guide them through the decision-making process with empathy and expertise.
Lead Follow Up: Follow up with leads promptly and manage opportunities using CRM tools to ensure a strong sales pipeline.
B2B Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as physical therapists, case managers, senior living communities, and contractors.
Networking & Events: Represent the company at local expos, health fairs, and community events to generate leads and elevate brand awareness.
Collaborative Approach: Work closely with installation and support teams to ensure a seamless experience from consultation to completion.

What You Bring to the Table:

Experience in sales, healthcare, durable medical equipment or home improvement industries (preferred, but not required)
Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build trust
Strong organizational and time management skills
Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
Comfort working in client homes and a variety of residential environments
Valid driver’s license
Able to pass a background check and drug screening

Job Title: Mobility Consultant (Salesperson)

Job Summary

The Mobility Consultant role is responsible for providing consultative in-home sales of mobility and accessibility solutions, including stairlifts, ramps, VPLs, and residential elevators. This role includes performing residential assessments, generating proposals, closing sales, and building strong relationships with both residential customers and B2B referral sources. The position requires a proactive, self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for improving lives through mobility solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate mobility/accessibility products.
Educate customers and caregivers on product options and financing, providing tailored solutions that meet safety and budget requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources including healthcare professionals, senior living communities, contractors, and case managers.
Attend and represent the company at local networking events, expos, and community outreach initiatives.
Follow up with leads promptly and manage opportunities using CRM tools to ensure a strong sales pipeline.
Collaborate with the operations and installation teams to ensure accurate communication of project scope and timelines.
Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and compliance standards to maintain credibility with customers and referral partners.

Qualifications and Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
3 plus years of sales experience, preferably in consultative, in-home, or B2B sales.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments and follow-up tasks.
General Construction Knowledge
Comfortable working in residential home environments and engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
