About the Role:

Creative Palette in Lewis Center, OH is looking for a skilled LED Sign Production Technician to join our team! In this hands-on role, you'll play a key part in bringing eye-catching signage to life — from assembly to final installation. If you love working with your hands and take pride in quality craftsmanship, this is the opportunity for you. We are only considering local candidates.

Responsibilities:

Assemble and wire LED sign components, modules, and display panels according to production specifications
Program and test LED sign systems to ensure proper functionality and visual performance
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues in LED signage
Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and work orders
Perform quality control inspections on finished signs before delivery or installation
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production workspace
Coordinate with design and installation teams to meet project timelines

Requirements:

Prior experience in LED sign production, electronics assembly, or a related trade
Working knowledge of low-voltage wiring, electrical systems, and LED technology
Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
Valid driver's license preferred; reliable transportation required
