Job Description

Responsibilities Include:

Lead daily on-site construction activities from project startup through final completion
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel
Drive project schedules and ensure critical milestones are achieved
Oversee installation and coordination of complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems
Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, company policies, and OSHA regulations
Conduct daily huddles, coordination meetings, and subcontractor planning sessions
Monitor quality standards and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, owners, consultants, and commissioning teams
Maintain detailed project documentation including daily reports, inspections, and work progress updates
Identify project risks and proactively resolve field challenges before they impact schedule or productivity
Manage site logistics, material deliveries, equipment utilization, and workforce planning
Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and project documentation to ensure field teams have the information needed for success
Support project commissioning activities and turnover requirements
Mentor assistant superintendents and field engineers while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence

The Successful Applicant

Required Qualifications

5+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction
Prior experience delivering mission critical, data center, industrial, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, or similarly complex projects preferred
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field operations
Experience coordinating multiple trades on fast-paced construction projects
Knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and mission critical infrastructure
Proven ability to maintain project schedules while delivering quality workmanship
Strong understanding of safety programs, OSHA regulations, and jobsite best practices
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency with construction technology and project management software
