Office of Employee and Business Services
The Office of Employee and Business Services (OEBS) provides customer service and operational support to ODJFS through five bureaus: Business Services, Civil Rights and Labor Relations, Human Resources, Multimedia Services, and Training and Educational Services. What You Will Do

Coordinate the production of brochures, forms, manuals, reports, posters, and other agency publications.

Manage print project schedules, budgets, and timelines from concept through delivery.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal departments requesting print services.

Review and proof materials for accuracy, formatting, branding compliance, and print readiness.

Obtain vendor quotes and assist with procurement processes in accordance with state policies.

Monitor inventory levels of printed materials and coordinate re-orders as needed.

Track project status and maintain records of print orders, costs, and vendor performance.

Collaborate with communications, program, and administrative staff to ensure materials meet business needs.

Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Ensure compliance with state records retention and accessibility requirements where applicable.
Schedule: Full-time.
Hours: Standard workdays are Monday through Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM.
Location: 2098 Integrity Drive, Columbus, OH 43209.
Travel: Occasional travel within the state of Ohio.

Pay Information
This position is in the State of Ohio’s OCSEA Pay Schedule, Pay Range 29. Unless required by legislation or union contract, starting salary will be the minimum salary of that pay range (step 1, currently $24.88 per hour). These ranges provide a standardized pathway for pay increases. With continued employment, new hires move to the next step in the range after 6 months and annually thereafter. Cost of Living Adjustments increase wages in these ranges each fiscal year. The current step progression wages are in the table below.
