Full Job Description

We are growing and are looking for a skilled Automotive Office Clerk. The Automotive Office Clerk responsibilities include filing, keeping the customers informed, keeping spreadsheets for a very busy dealership, . You will be responsible for being a back up to titles and Accounts Payable. A successful clerk must be detail oriented and very well organized. You will be responsible to help with the flow of documents through the office.

Responsibilities

Handle phone calls

Maintain and update notes on various schedules

Complies with federal, state and local law about safeguarding all private information

Titling vehicles, as needed

Accounts Payable posting, as needed

Posting Service ROs daily

Filing paperwork and deal jackets

Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

At least two year of automotive experience preferred

Dealership accounting experience is a plus

Must be detailed oriented and possess good organizational skills and the ability to work to deadlines

Competent with computers, spreadsheets, and a calculator; willing to learn onsite system

Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Google Sheets

REQUIREMENTS:

Maintains professional appearance and neat work area

Must be eligible to work in the US

All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass criminal background check, and have a valid driver’s license
