Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods to various locations while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, as well as the ability to operate different types of trucks, including dry van and flatbed trailers( Driver's choice of trailer). If you have a passion for driving and possess the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

Safely operate various types of trucks, including flatbed and dry van trailers.
Plan and follow efficient routes for timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
Ensure that cargo is secured properly to prevent damage during transit.
Handle paperwork related to deliveries, including bills of lading and receipts.

Qualifications

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL Class A) with a clean driving record.
Experience driving semi trucks. (2 YEARS PREFERRED)
Strong knowledge of route driving and navigation skills.
Familiarity with safety regulations related to truck driving and cargo transport.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Mostly we stay in these following states below

OH, KY, IN, DE, MD, PA, VA, TN

Other

Our drivers get 3000 to 3500 miles per week.

Drivers can take the truck home on weekends if there is a safe parking place.

All our drivers go home every weekend.

Get paid on every Friday, W2 and 1099 option available.

Detention pay and Layover pay.
