Candidate Requirements

Active Ohio medical license and DEA registration required

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine

Minimum of 2 years of emergency medicine experience

No temp providers allowed

90-day privileging timeframe post-application submission
-
Documentation including licensure, education, training, verification of credentials, and peer references required

ATLS documentation for ABEM, ABFM, ABIM providers preferred but not mandatory
