Position Activities and Responsibilities:

Perform cosmetic treatments including but not limited to Botox, Dysport, Jeaveaux, dermal fillers, microneedling, laser hair removal, BBL, etc.
Perform Botox for Chronic Migraine treatment
Assess patients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
Educate patients on procedures, expected outcomes, and post-care instructions.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all medical regulations.
Stay updated with the latest aesthetic technique and trends along with product advancements
Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Attends and participates in all general and team meetings
Participates in all necessary aspects of marketing/special event planning and execution
Social media presence

Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted NP/PA OH license
Minimum of 1 year injecting experience
Certification and proficiency in administering neurotoxins and dermal fillers- mid to high level skills with Allergan and Galderma portfolios
Strong understanding of facial anatomy, patient assessment and treatment planning
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients
Commitment to patient safety, education, and natural-looking results
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for aesthetics and patient care
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
