We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as an On-Site Manager in New Albany, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking an entry-level role to begin a career in Human Resources. Ready to be part of a successful team and contribute to our continued growth?

*Bilingual, Proficient in English and Spanish required

2nd Shift: 3:00pm-12:00pm

Pay: $20-$22/hr **$500 Sign-On Bonus awarded after 6 months

Duties or responsibilities would include:

Employee orientation
Safety training
Attendance tracking
Employee coaching
Payroll/Deductions
Recruiting
Interviewing
Screening candidates, including pre-employment drug tests & background checks
Communications with supervisors/leads
Management of employee records and software database
Providing excellent customer service
General office duties
Client Communication
Coaching Associates/Problem Solving Issues
Ability to answer frequent questions regarding payroll, direct deposit, health benefits, scheduling, etc

The ideal candidate will possess:

Proficient computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word
Ability to interact professionally with clients at all levels of employees in a fast-paced environment
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and associates
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Undergraduate degree (or pursing) is preferred
