Job Description
This role focuses on assembling large power products within a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment on 2nd shift. You will work as part of an industrial assembly team building large electrical bins, routing cables, and installing electrical and mechanical components while using hand and power tools. The position offers consistent overtime, opportunities for pay increases, and long-term career growth with stable projects.
Responsibilities

Assemble large electrical bins (approximately 30x50 feet) used in power product manufacturing.

Run and route various electrical cables throughout the bins according to specifications.

Install and assemble a variety of electrical and mechanical components and parts.

Use hand and power tools, including drills and other common tools, safely and effectively.

Follow assembly instructions, drawings, and blueprints when applicable.

Measure materials accurately using a tape measure to ensure proper fit and alignment.

Perform mechanical assembly tasks with attention to detail and quality standards.

Maintain a clean and organized work area within the cleanroom manufacturing environment.

Work collaboratively with other assemblers and line wirers on the production floor.

Consistently work 50+ hours per week, including overtime before the regular shift.

Adhere to all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.

Contribute to meeting production goals for long-term projects and large-scale builds.
Essential Skills

Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand mechanical assembly concepts.

Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.

Comfortable using hand and power tools in a manufacturing or assembly setting.

Reliable attendance and the ability to consistently work 50+ hours per week.

Basic understanding of electrical or mechanical assembly processes.

Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a structured production environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in construction or carpentry.

Experience in auto mechanics or similar hands-on mechanical work.

Experience with wiring and cabling in industrial or construction environments.

Mechanical assembly experience in manufacturing or related fields.

Ability to read blueprints and drawings.

Work Environment
The role is based in a very clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility with approximately 80 people working on the production floor. You work in a cleanroom-style environment focused on power product assembly, using hand and power tools and working around large electrical bins and cabling. The standard schedule is 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, with overtime typically scheduled before the regular shift, resulting in 50+ hours of work per week. The facility operates structured shifts on both 1st and 2nd, and the off-shift schedule includes a shift differential. The atmosphere is professional, safety-conscious, and production-driven, with clear processes and expectations for performance and reliability.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
